Can I return product from online purchases to the store?Updated 21 days ago
Our retail stores cannot process your online purchase return. You may drop off your online purchase return at one of our retail stores, as long as it is within the return window listed on our site. The retail team will need you to provide your order number, the first/last name on the order and other additional identifying information. Then they will send your return back to our warehouse for processing. If you do choose to go this route, please allow up to two weeks for transit and processing of your return.
You can alternatively use our easy to use returns portal on our website, https://lapolicegear.com/returns if within the return window. If you are outside our return window, you may reach directly out to our customer support team to see what options there may be.
