You can file a claim for package protection on our returns portal, or you can simply reach out to our customer service team. 

If you purchased package protection, please note that package protection applies to the package for the original order it was purchased under only, not replacement or reshipped packages. You may be required to file a carrier claim and/or police report on a case-by-case basis, particularly for orders over $150.
