What should I do if the product I ordered was never delivered yet?Updated 9 hours ago
If the product you ordered was not delivered yet, there are a few things to check.
- Check if your order has shipped. Log into your account on our site and navigate to the Orders tab. If the status is "Awaiting Fulfillment" or "Pending Shipment", it is still being processed for shipping. The team works diligently to make sure every order ships in a timely manner.
- Additionally, check in your online account to see if your order has been split shipped "Partially shipped" and/or one or more item is being drop shipped from one of our vendors "Shipping from Manufacturer". Dropship orders may have different anticipated ship/delivery days which can be seen on the page of the item when placing your order initially.
- If your online account shows your order as shipped and includes tracking, or have an email from us with a tracking number, check the tracking to see if it is in transit still.
- If the tracking you have shows delivered that day or a day prior, the shipper may have tagged it as delivered but not actually delivered yet and you will want to want slightly longer for it to arrive. Additionally, the shipper could have accidentally delivered it to a neighbor who may not realize it yet.
